PSC SoulFlow

PSC SoulFlow is our slower-paced vinyasa class designed to help you connect more deeply to your breath, your body, and your movement.

Slow doesn’t mean easy. In this class, we move through a series of intentional vinyasa sequences repeated up to three times, allowing you to refine your form, explore the movement more fully, and sink deeper into the practice each round.

You’ll be encouraged to slow down, stay present, and move with purpose building both strength and mobility along the way.

The vibe is moody, the lights are low, and the music sets the tone so you can tune out the outside world and tune back into yourself.

Because sometimes the most powerful thing you can do… is simply slow down and feel your way through the movement.

PSC Flow

PSC Flow is our true vinyasa-style yoga class, where breath and movement move together in a steady, fluid rhythm. This practice links postures through intentional transitions, building heat, strength, and mobility throughout the body.

In each class, you’ll move through a series of vinyasa flows repeated up to three times, allowing you to refine your form, deepen the shapes, and explore the movement more fully with each round.

The pace is steady and energizing — challenging enough to build strength and endurance, while still leaving space to stay connected to your breath.

The room is softly lit and music-driven, creating an atmosphere that helps you tune out the outside world and stay present with your movement.

PSC FlowBurn

A little spice for your flow.

PSC Flow Burn is our vinyasa-based sculpt class that weaves strength and resistance into traditional yoga flow.

This is both a workout and a work-in — where breath meets burn and movement builds heat in the body. You’ll move through familiar vinyasa sequences layered with pulses, holds, and strength-focused intervals designed to challenge endurance, stability, and control.

Ankle and wrist weights are used throughout the class to create consistent resistance, with the option to add additional light weights to increase intensity as desired.

PSC Barre

PSC Drip & Flow

PSC Drip & Flow is our signature strength class designed to give you the gym-style workout you love in an energizing group fitness setting. Using dumbbells, resistance bands, and intentional movement patterns, you’ll move through full-body strength intervals that prioritize time under tension, controlled tempo, and strong, intentional form.

Between strength sets, we weave in recovery Drip & Flow flows to help you reset your breath, release tension, and reconnect with your body.

Think: strong, fluid, and deeply satisfying.

You control your weights, your pace, and your effort allowing you to build strength at your own level while moving alongside the energy of the room.

The Physoulcal Ritual (TPR)

The Physoulcal Ritual™ is PSC’s signature 60-minute movement experience designed to move exactly the way your body wants to from release, to rhythm, to strength, to rest.

We begin with intuitive somatic movement, giving your body space to arrive, shake things out, and reconnect. From there we build into beat-driven cardio that warms the body and lifts the energy in the room.

Once the rhythm is set, we move into strength-driven sculpt sequences and multi-plane movement flows designed to build strength, mobility, and deeper body awareness.

The class closes with a restorative yoga finish to help you soften, breathe, and fully reset.

Buti Hot Core is a core-focused somatic strength class designed to activate the deepest muscles of the abdomen and support full-body stability.

Using the Spiral Structure Technique®, this class emphasizes intentional pelvic tucks, spinal rounding, and controlled core engagement to build deep abdominal strength. Practiced in non-grippy socks to create drag and resistance, the movements are small, precise, and incredibly effective.

Between core sequences, you’ll move through static yoga postures to lengthen the body and release tension.
